Remember: You must not change the basics. Which goes for...
Couples: The couples must remain the same, according to which book you are kind of going along with. Lets say we are RPing part of the Order of the Phoenix. Than Ginny will be with Michael Corner, and Harry will be with Cho Chang. If we are doing Half Blood Prince, than it will be Harry and Ginny. Ect.
The only acception for this is if you made up a character- you may be a couple with another made up character.
Blood Status You may not change your blood status. You will remain either a pureblood, a halfblood, or muggle. The only way you may be whatever blood status you want is by creating your own character, BUT once accepted you may not change it.
Quidditch It depends on the what book guidelines you a RPing to who will be that position on the quidditch teams. If we were RPing OoTP than Ginny would be seeker for most of it, not Harry.
If you create your own character you can't be on the quidditch house team. You may play quidditch, but as I said you can't be on the house team. Or you can create a fun little team of you and other made up characters- it can't be the house team though.
Deaths If someone is RPing Deathly Hallows and you are playing...Sirius? You can not RP in that one. Unless of course its the part where Harry is using the resscuration (sp?) stone. Or lets say you are Dobby, once he dies in the DH you can't come back again.
Or lets say you are Ron Weasley, and you want to die. You can't make him die because he never died in the books, okay?
more to be added soon.
